Last year my wife and I experienced one of the darkest days of our life’s. We purchased a beautiful fourteen-year-old ranch style home. We were so pleased with our experience with Integrity Restoration, with Tim Williams, owner and with Brady Kostecki who oversaw much of the restoration. We had an interior wall leak from the toilet tank pipe in our guest bathroom. We were unaware of the leak until soaking water spots started appearing in the carpeted hall leading to our master suite ? about 5 feet away. The leak not only necessitated a replacement part in the bathroom, but also the raising of the carpeting and pad, the drilling of holes in the dry wall in a linen closet as well as two bathrooms, the removal of doors and mop boards, complete drying of the flooded area of the carpet, under the carpeting and the interior walls, and final replacement of the carpet, doors and mop boards. Integrity Restoration completely salvaged our carpeting and returned everything to normal. There are no traces of the damage. The quality of the work was outstanding, but the aspect that impressed us the most was the consideration for the client which they demonstrated. Too many contractors these days only want to take large projects but Tim and Brady did our smaller one. They were very expert, responsive and kind both in the restoration and in dealing with our home insurer. As senior citizens we have confidence that we were not overcharged, nor was the project enlarged needlessly. We trusted them completely and recommend them highly. For 35 years we have owned a brick, 2-story commercial building which was built in the late 1800’s and is located in downtown Plano. The upper level has two apartments, and the lower level has been leased as a restaurant following our own successful restaurant business of 22 years. Much to our dismay, on August 6, 2017 a fire started in one of the apartments which led to extensive fire, smoke and water damage to the entire building. It was necessary to totally gut and rebuild up to code which cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Tim ******** of Integrity Restoration was excellent in dealing with all details of the rebuild including working with the architect, insurance company, and city/state building inspectors. This was all new to us and Tim or Bill (Project Manager) always returned our phone calls and answered any questions we had.
